Order before 2:00PM AEST on a business day and your part leaves our Gold Coast warehouse the same day. We process and pack orders throughout the day — not in one batch at the end.
Our team begins processing overnight orders and preparing stock for dispatch. Monday–Friday 8:00am AEST.
Orders placed before 2PM AEST are packed and dispatched the same business day. You'll receive your tracking number within a few hours of ordering.
Australia Post collects from our warehouse in Molendinar each afternoon. Your parcel enters the Express network immediately.
Orders placed after 2PM are processed the following business day. Saturday orders dispatched same day if placed before 12PM AEST.
We package every part to survive the transit — not just meet the minimum. Electrical components are particularly sensitive and receive extra protection on every order.
All electrical parts (starter motors, coils, sensors, regulators) are wrapped in anti-static packaging to prevent ESD damage in transit.
Internal foam padding and bubble wrap on all parts. Heavier items like starter motors are double-boxed for extra protection.
All parcels are sealed with reinforced tape and clearly labelled. Fragile items are marked as such for Australia Post handlers.
Every parcel ships with a unique Australia Post tracking number emailed to you immediately after dispatch. Monitor delivery in real time.
We ship internationally to New Zealand and select destinations worldwide. International orders are sent via Australia Post International with full tracking.
