Our WarrantyPolicy
Every part we sell is backed by a 3-Year Unlimited KM Warranty — the longest standard warranty in the Australian motorbike parts market. No fine print, no catches.
Thank you for choosing Motorbike Parts Australia. We are committed to providing high-quality, OEM-specification parts that meet or exceed manufacturer standards. This warranty policy applies to all products sold by Motorbike Parts Australia effective from 14 September 2023.
All parts sold by Motorbike Parts Australia come with a 3-Year Unlimited KM Warranty as standard. This covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and correct installation — regardless of how many kilometres you've ridden.
Your rights under this warranty are in addition to the rights you have under Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
Mechanical & Electrical Parts
All mechanical and electrical replacement parts including starter motors, ignition coils, fuel pumps, stators, magnetos, voltage regulators, water pumps, sensors and related components.
Performance & Aesthetic Upgrades

The following are excluded from warranty coverage across all product types:
Making a warranty claim is straightforward. Follow these steps and we'll resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
As soon as you notice the defect, contact us by phone on 0483 768 795 or email at [email protected]. Early notification allows for faster investigation and resolution. Mon–Fri 8am–5pm · Sat 9am–2pm AEST.
Have ready: your original order number or receipt, photos or video of the defect clearly showing the issue, and details of when and how the fault appeared. The more information you provide, the faster we can process your claim.
In some cases we'll need the part returned for inspection. If so, we'll provide a prepaid return label — there is no cost to you for returning a part under warranty. Do not send the part back without contacting us first.
Once the part is inspected and confirmed defective, we'll repair, replace or refund it at our discretion — whichever is most appropriate. We aim to resolve all warranty claims within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned part.
Motorbike Parts Australia shall not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of its products, whether the damages arise from a breach of this warranty, negligence, or any other cause.
Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair, replacement or refund of the defective part only. We are not liable for any labour costs, consequential losses, loss of use of your motorcycle, or any other indirect damages.
This limitation of liability does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which provides additional protections that cannot be excluded.
