500kg motorcycle lift table for your workshop
This 500kg motorcycle lift table gives your garage a dedicated platform for servicing, cleaning and inspecting your motorcycle. A 1,895 × 605 mm deck, manual hydraulic foot pedal and air-assisted lifting let you choose how you raise the bike.
With a 215–780 mm lifting range, steel construction and a full-width loading ramp, it is a practical addition to a home workshop or motorcycle service space. Check your motorcycle’s dimensions, loaded weight and securing requirements before ordering.

500kg motorcycle lift table features
Raise the motorcycle to improve access for everyday inspection, detailing and suitable maintenance tasks. The long deck supports the bike’s wheels while the ramp provides an approach onto the platform.
Two ways to lift
Use the foot pedal for manual hydraulic lifting, or connect a compatible workshop compressor for air-assisted operation. Manual operation gives you a lifting option without a compressed-air supply.
500kg motorcycle lift table platform
The actual platform measures 1,895 mm long and 605 mm wide. Compare these dimensions with the bike’s wheel positions and overall setup, allowing for the front clamp and secure tie-down placement.
Steel construction
A powder-coated steel frame and textured, non-slip platform surface form the main structure. Keep the deck clean and dry, because oil, grease and cleaning products can reduce grip.
Clamp and securing points
The front wheel clamp helps position the motorcycle. Four tie-down points provide locations for appropriate restraints. Secure the bike as directed by the operating manual; the clamp alone does not replace the required restraints.
Controlled lowering
Stepless hydraulic descent control lets the operator manage lowering. Follow the supplied instructions and keep people, tools and obstructions clear of the platform and lifting mechanism.
Workshop positioning
Castor wheels assist with positioning the unloaded table. Adjustable stabilisers help establish its operating position. Use a suitable level surface and do not move the table with a motorcycle raised on it.

03 / Check your motorcycle and space
Will this 500kg motorcycle lift table suit your bike?
Suitability depends on more than engine size or motorcycle brand. This is workshop equipment, so it does not have a model-year fitment list like a replacement part. Check the actual motorcycle and the working area before purchase.
Check the complete load
Stay within the 500 kg maximum rating. Account for the motorcycle as it will be lifted, including fuel, luggage, fitted accessories and any additional supported equipment. Confirm the manufacturer’s load-positioning requirements in the manual.
Check wheel and chassis clearance
Compare the deck dimensions with your wheelbase and tyre contact positions. Confirm that the front tyre suits the clamp, that restraints can be fitted correctly, and that low exhausts or bodywork can clear the loading approach.
Allow room around the table
Plan for the 2,630 × 605 mm overall footprint plus safe access around the bike, room to approach the ramp and space to operate the controls. Allow overhead clearance at the maximum lift height.
Ask us before ordering
For a long-wheelbase, low-clearance, unusually wide or heavily accessorised motorcycle, send us its dimensions and weight. Do not assume this single-track platform is suitable for a quad, trike, sidecar or other vehicle configuration.
04 / Choose your lifting method
500kg motorcycle lift table: hydraulic or air
The foot pedal operates the hydraulic lifting system manually. This suits a garage without a compressor and provides a straightforward option for occasional use. Air assistance offers an alternative when a compatible compressed-air supply is available.
Before connecting a compressor, check the lift manual for required working pressure, air consumption and connection details. These requirements are not specified in the reference listing, so compressor compatibility should be confirmed rather than estimated. Do not assume a compressor, air fittings or restraint straps are supplied.
For wheel removal or any task that changes the bike’s balance, use the additional supports and procedures specified for the motorcycle and lift. A platform lift raises the whole bike; it does not automatically lift either wheel clear of the deck.
05 / Prepare your workspace
Setting up your 500kg motorcycle lift table
Before the first lift
Arrange appropriate handling for the 167 kg unit. Assemble and inspect it according to the supplied manual, on a level floor suitable for the combined weight of the table and load. Check the hydraulic system, fasteners, ramp, clamp and restraints before use.
During servicing
Follow the manual’s securing and mechanical locking or support procedure before working on the motorcycle. Keep clear of moving scissor components, never lift people, and lower the table fully before loading, unloading or repositioning it.
For more workshop content, visit Motorbike Parts Australia on YouTube. Keep the operating manual accessible in the workshop. Use the manufacturer’s maintenance schedule for hydraulic checks, lubrication, inspection and any specified fluid requirements. Stop using the lift if a component is damaged, leaking or operating abnormally.

07 / Common questions
500kg motorcycle lift table FAQs
Do I need a compressor?
No compressor is needed for manual foot-pedal lifting. A compatible compressor is required to use the air-assisted option. Check the manual’s air-supply requirements before connecting one.
How high does the platform lift?
The published lifting-height range is 215 mm to 780 mm. Check the clearance above the motorcycle as well as the height of the table itself.
Is the platform exactly 1.9 metres long?
The published platform dimensions are 1,895 × 605 mm. The overall assembled dimensions are 2,630 × 605 mm, so allow more floor space than the deck length alone.
Does a 500 kg rating mean every motorcycle will fit?
No. Weight is one requirement. Wheelbase, tyre size, clamp compatibility, ground clearance, load position and correct restraint arrangements must also be suitable.
Can I remove a wheel while the bike is on the table?
A platform lift does not itself raise the tyres off the deck. Wheel removal requires suitable additional support and a secure setup that follows the motorcycle and lift instructions.
Can the table be wheeled around the garage?
It has castor wheels for positioning. Reposition it unloaded and fully lowered, and follow the manual before setting the stabilisers and using the lift.
Are tie-down straps and an air compressor included?
The published features identify four tie-down points and air-assisted operation, but do not confirm a compressor, straps or connection accessories as included. Contact us to confirm the supplied package.
Can this be sent by standard parcel delivery?
The net unit weight is 167 kg. Contact us to confirm an appropriate delivery or collection arrangement and unloading plan for your address.
