PLAN THE JOB
Choose with confidence.
Start with the right checks.
Poor running is a reason to diagnose the fuel and ignition systems, not proof that an injector has failed. Once testing identifies the injector or its circuit, use the exact model and original reference to select the replacement.

01
Start with useful evidence
Write down whether the fault happens cold, hot, at idle or under load. Record any diagnostic codes before clearing them. Fuel supply, ignition, wiring and mechanical condition can affect running, so ask for a diagnosis that identifies the failed component or circuit before ordering.
02
Separate a pump job from an injector job
The pump supplies fuel; the injector meters fuel into the engine. A replacement injector will not correct every supply problem. If the diagnosis points to the pump instead, use our fuel-pump replacement guide and the appropriate pump listing.
03
Compare more than the plug
Check the complete model and year, original reference, electrical connector and physical fit. Connector shape alone does not establish the correct injector specification. Modified engines or fuel-control systems may require advice beyond the standard catalogue application.
04
Confirm quantity and fitting parts
Check whether the listing supplies one injector or a set. Establish which seals and other fitting items are included and which need to be sourced separately. Use the workshop procedure for fuel-pressure relief, electrical isolation, installation and the final leak check. Fuel-system work needs a cool engine, ventilation and no ignition sources.

Find the relevant replacement
We list injectors for KTM, Suzuki and Yamaha applications. The links below lead to the individual products, where you can check the original reference and current ordering information. If the fitted injector differs from the photographs, contact us before buying.
Questions before you order
Does an injector fault code prove I need a new injector?
A code directs diagnosis. The circuit, connector and other relevant checks still need to be completed.
Can I choose by engine size alone?
No. Match the exact application and specified injector reference. Similar engine sizes can use different parts.
